haven't tried it yet
Good but not really worth the effort
I found a recipe and then realized I didn't have what it took, I was trying to find something to do with my cooked butternut squash to spice it out. Added fresh sage and pepper and salt and sauteed it and then used immersion blender to add about 1oz of fresh goat cheese
It's okay, not great, more cheese would make it sups delicious but seems unhealthy/

Used quick oats and almond milk instead, not sure if that affected it. They seemed pretty good, but not specatacular, may have to try some of the varients.
Oh my god do this again.
This is the recipe
Take a sweet onion
Peel it
Cut it in half
Drizzle it in olive oil
Place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper at like 400 something.
Roast it for a while. Done

Used the end of last week's pot of taco beans instead of canned. Very yummy

Greek yogurt or sour cream is ESSENTIAL
This was super easy and yum, I'd make it again, but it was definitely mistake to make it a main meal--- I kept having to go back and have like a second meal later because it filled me up fast, but didn't last.

A bit boring, but good start.
Didn't last. Would only make if going to serve and eat then.

I was not too impressed, had a ton of extra water, beans aren't right. Think it needs soaking.
