- Put it in instant pot--did 35 minutes, think should do 50 next time on the soup setting, but might have been that the beans were stale.
Latest version: 15 bean, diced tomato with chili, 8 cups veg "chicken" broth, onion and garlic powder (about 1 tbsp each), sea salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and some amount of gojuchang. No dice and no fresh produce and still delicious! Did 45 minutes and was happy with that.
