Keeper: Miso Soup from Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook

I loosely followed this recipe. I did bella mushrooms because they were way cheaper and did twice as much (the whole container). For long term use, the amount of salt is a concern, so maybe see if I can modify on spices and things and use less miso. Using the instant pot to make it using sautee was convenient. not one that is my ABSOLUTE favorite, but I have made this at least four times, deserves the keeper label
