Didn't have wasabi, used flavored light cream cheese, had some roasted tomatoes too. Meh.

for the wasabi cream cheese:
150g plain vegan cream cheese (5.3oz)
1-2 tsp wasabi (start with 1, then see if u want more)
1-2 tsp rice or white wine vinegar
salt, pepper to taste
also 4 slices bread
100g pre-fried tofu (3.5oz)
lil bit of veg oil for panfrying the tofu
1 avocado, cut into slices
1 small handful crispy seaweed snacks OR 1 sheet nori cut into slices
roasted sesame seeds
optional: cucumber slices
→ yields 2 sandwiches
