Pre-heat oven to 400
Quarter roma tomatoes (you'll be able to fit 2-3)
sprinkle with salt and spray with olive oil
put in 400 for 10 minutes, don't turn over
at the end, they were a tiny bit bland (possibly because I roasted them because they were on the verge of going off) so I added just a bit of worcestirshire sauce...spelling.
Note: I made these again and added them to my cheese and crispbread and green onion and pepper combo and they were super good. I'm hoping they'll stay in the fridge so I can use them throughout the week.
